An Alternative History of Art – BBC Radio 4

Between 5th and 16th March 2018 at 9.45am, BBC Radio 4 is broadcasting ‘An Alternative History of Art’ – a new series exploring overlooked visual artists of the 20th century. I produced the episodes on Eileen Agar, Marwan, Helen Chadwick and Rotimi Fani-Kayode. All will be available to listen again here.

“Art history has been written from a white, Western male perspective. What would an alternative canon look like?”
